Esteemed punk mainstays The Menzingers have released their new single, “Nobody’s Heroes,” marking their first new music since 2023’s Some Of It Was True.
Recorded in South Philadelphia with Grammy-winning producer Will Yip at his Memory Music Studios, the track finds the band refining its established formula of working-class candor and indie-punk drive. The result is a sharpened, resonant sound that deepens the group’s Heartland-rock leanings while preserving the grit that has long defined their output.

“Nobody’s Heroes” continues The Menzingers’ tradition of pairing earnest lyricism with anthemic momentum, presenting a sound that feels both rooted in blue-collar realism and buoyed by melodic confidence.
In conjunction with the release, the band has unveiled a companion visual — a self-directed, do-it-yourself performance video filmed within their Philadelphia studio. The footage offers an unvarnished glimpse of the quartet at work, shifting between close-knit shots of rehearsal and relaxed moments among bandmates in their intimate creative space.
With “Nobody’s Heroes,” The Menzingers reaffirm their standing as one of Philadelphia’s enduring punk institutions, bridging camaraderie and craft in equal measure.
