NOi!SE RETURN WITH FIRST ALBUM IN A DECASDE, ‘FATE OF THE UNION’

After nearly ten years without a full-length release, Pacific Northwest streetpunk stalwarts NOi!SE are back with a new studio album. Fate of the Union, the band’s long-awaited third LP will arrive April 3, 2026 via Pirates Press Records, marking their first full album since 2016.

In the years since their last LP, the band never fully stepped away. A steady stream of singles, EPs, and compilation appearances kept new material circulating, eventually culminating in the compilation album On and On. Still, fans across the global streetpunk scene continued to press for a proper studio follow-up. With Fate of the Union, NOi!SE finally answers that call.

The new record also introduces a refreshed lineup. Frontman and primary songwriter Matt Henson remains at the helm, while bassist Aaron Williams and drummer Mike Parker join the rhythm section. The album also marks the return of dual guitarists Justin Miller and Kenny Dirkes, who last played with the band during its early era, including the Rising Tide EP.

The result is a ten-song collection that leans into the band’s trademark balance of driving streetpunk energy and socially aware lyricism. Lead single “Vast Contrast” captures that dynamic directly, challenging listeners to question narratives pushed by those in power—particularly those that attempt to divide working-class communities. The track pairs its pointed message with intricate guitar interplay and a relentless rhythmic push.

Elsewhere on the album, “You Versus You” turns inward. Drawing from lived experience, the song examines cycles of escapism and self-destructive habits, confronting what the band describes as “the romanticism of catastrophe.” Its message suggests that real change begins with conscious personal choice, reinforcing the album’s broader themes of reflection and action.

Across its runtime, Fate of the Union moves between personal struggles and larger political commentary, often exploring the space where those realities intersect. The record closes with a newly recorded version of “Idle Action,” a longtime fan favorite that—despite being considered the band’s signature song—has never appeared on a full-length album until now.

When Fate of the Union arrives this spring, it will be available in several vinyl variants, including metallic silver, white with red and blue splatter, and iridescent blue editions through Pirates Press. A gold nugget pressing will also be available in Europe via Coretex Records.

For a band that has spent years turning raw punk energy into calls for thought and action, Fate of the Union represents both a long-awaited return and a renewed push forward.

Celebrate the release of the new album as NOI!SE take over the Music Hall to celebrate “Fate of the Union”—their new full-length landing via Pirates Press Records. Expect the band’s signature street-punk urgency: big choruses, hard truths, and that “sing it like you mean it” energy that’s made them a cornerstone of the Northwest scene. While Death By Stereo closes the night with their notorious hardcore-meets-metal intensity—fast, fierce, and built to detonate live—this show is centered on NOI!SE and the start of a new chapter.
